he team at Tools for Treatment have each been touched personally in various ways by medical treatment involving ourselves or an immediate family member.We understand that each of you have different experiences and observations about what works and what doesn’t when you are being treated for an extended ailment. The goal of the Idea Factory is to serve as a vehicle for each of you to have a voice, discover that you are not alone, discuss potential solutions that might be incorporated into our tool development process.
